Our customers’ service needs vary, so we offer four service plans that provide a spectrum of choices. All plans include the quality support you expect from Digital Direct.

Full Service

Our comprehensive, all-inclusive package gives you maximum coverage and peace of mind.

This plan includes:
• Support from our manufacturer-trained and certified, field-based Technical   Service Representatives.
• Fast response: A Technical Service Representative will call within two hours and be on-site within 8 business hours.
• Priority on-site service.
• Customer Phone/Remote support during extended business hours.
• Unscheduled service with no additional fees for travel and labor during business hours.
• All preventive maintenance, proactive repairs and labor.
• All plans can include parts or without parts for cost savings.

On-Demand

Whenever your equipment requires service, simply give us a call. No contract is required—just a credit card to streamline service and paperwork.

On-demand service provides:
• Support from our manufacturer-trained and certified, field-based Technical Service Representatives.
• Preventive maintenance for a flat rate fee. (Additional fees for travel and travel expenses may apply).
• A 30-day warranty on all parts.

Preventive Maintenance Service

The Preventive Maintenance Program ensures your equipment performs to factory specifications.

This plan provides:
• Support from our manufacturer-trained and certified, field-based Technical Service Representatives who provide regularly scheduled inspections, calibrations, and repairs.
• Scheduled service with no additional fees for travel, labor or preventive maintenance parts during normal business hours.
• Tracking of every system by our Service Maintenance Database to assure punctual routine service.

Phone/Remote Service

This program provides unlimited phone support for all of your equipment problems or questions—for more value, you can add our remote service which allows access directly to your computers:


• Support from our manufacturer-trained and certified, field-based Technical Service Representatives.
• Reduced service rates if on-site service is required. (Additional fees for travel and travel expenses may apply).
• Remote diagnostics installed at your location so we can see what you see.
